We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the stunning venue itself and the excellent refurbishment. The hotel facilities were great, including the awesome music and restaurants in Neds Club downstairs. The lobby decor was amazing, and the receptionist on arrival was lovely. The location was convenient to Soho, ham-yard, and the goring. Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our cozy room was very clean and had excellent attention to detail. The location was perfect for getting around and visiting the places we wanted to see in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with many restaurants to choose from including Kaia and Millie's. The staff were all very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was delicious.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the friendly gentlemen who helped with luggage to the welcoming reception staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. The service throughout the hotel, including room-service, cleaning, and restaurants, was top notch. The staff even saved us from missing our VAT refunds by alerting us to a cancelled train. The room design was unique and the hotel provided thoughtful products such as lip-balm, razors, and a variety of toiletries. The building itself was spectacular, with a regal yet welcoming ambiance. The bar and restaurants were fabulous, with great service. The location of the hotel was amazing, and the atmosphere during Christmas was truly special.
