The hotel's location was unbeatable - close to the subway, within walking distance to iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the London Eye. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with updated facilities and cozy beds. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Sanctuary House Hotel provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful bar staff to the clean and comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were well-maintained and spacious, with thoughtful amenities such as complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and a coffee machine. The location was perfect, being only a minute's walk from St James Park tube station, making it easy to access all the tourist attractions in this city. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice selection for breakfast and had great facilities overall.

Nothing that we didn't like. For the cost and location, you can't really go wrong, given that we paid slightly over what other hotels in this city were asking.

Convenient location on a quiet street, just steps away from Westminster Abbey and St James's Park. Right on the tube line, providing easy access to popular attractions like Abbey and Big Ben. The hotel's cleanliness and tidy rooms ensured a comfortable stay. The staff was lovely and helpful, providing a warm welcome and accommodating our requests.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us, as it was within a 5-minute walk to Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the in-house restaurant which served delicious local cuisine and beers. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was also fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk away from St James Park and very close to Buckingham Palace. It was incredibly convenient for visiting the palace and exploring the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I loved the extra goodies in the fridge. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast selection, although not extensive, offered a variety of delicious options.
