We loved the design of the hotel - the restaurant, lounge, and our room were all very cosy. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious fruits. The customer service was impressive, especially the quick delivery of our breakfast. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the theater district, making it easy to walk to Buckingham Palace and other tourist spots. The cleanliness, facilities, and staff were all top-notch.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all of London's top leisure pursuits. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the nearby Leicester Station. I couldn't have asked for a better location!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff at reception. The hotel is located on a quiet interior street, yet it is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and luxurious beddings. The bathroom had plenty of cabinet space and the towels were soft and fluffy. The hotel facilities, including the reception, lounge, and bar/restaurant areas, were all wonderfully designed. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and there was even an option for a cooked item for a little extra cost. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and it was within walking distance to many attractions. I am looking forward to being back in this city and staying at this hotel again!
