The University of Reading’s Department of English Literature are running a competition for school year 7-9s as part of October’s Reading in Reading theme.
Young people aged 11-14 are invited to submit one entry on the subject of ‘My Reading’:-
- a poem (up to 14 lines) OR
- a short story (up to 500 words) OR
- a piece of creative non-fiction (up to 500 words

Prizes
1 x £25 and 3 x £15 book tokens plus books by Reading publisher Two Rivers Press. The wining entries will be published in the 2017 University of Reading Creative Arts Anthology.
